Our Story
NAK 的創辦人自幼在臺灣長大，身為混血兒的她，對這片土地的山水風光與人文底蘊懷有深厚情感。
她的家鄉──桃園龍潭，孕育了聞名遐邇的 「龍潭包種茶 · 龍泉茶」，這裡的茶農世代傳承製茶工藝，以細膩技法與純淨山泉水，淬鍊出風味細緻、層次豐富的烏龍茶，每一片茶葉，都是自然恩賜與職人匠心的結晶。
創辦人的外公，也對臺灣茶充滿熱愛，每當回臺探親，總要泡上一壺「龍泉茶」， 那是與家人團聚的儀式，也是認識和感受臺灣的方式。
外公離世之後，這份「茶與家的記憶」依然深植在創辦人心中，未曾淡去，懷抱著這份思念與信念，創辦人想將她與外公都深愛的臺灣茶推向世界，用一杯茶的故事，傳遞這份情感與溫度。
NAK’s founder grew up in Taiwan, and as a person of mixed heritage, she holds a deep affection for the island’s landscapes, traditions, and cultural richness.
Her hometown—Longtan, Taoyuan—is known for producing the renowned “Longtan Pouchong Tea” and “Longquan Tea.”
In this region, generations of tea farmers have passed down their craft, using refined techniques and pure mountain spring water to create oolong teas with delicate flavor and rich complexity.
Each tea leaf is a fusion of nature’s blessings and the dedication of artisans.
The founder’s grandfather was also a devoted tea lover. Every time he visited Taiwan, he would always brew a pot of Longquan Tea — a heartfelt ritual of reunion, and his way of reconnecting with his roots.
Even after his passing, the memory of tea and family remains deeply rooted in the founder’s heart.
Carrying that love and longing, she set her sights on sharing the tea they both cherished with the world—
to tell its story through each cup, and to pass on the warmth and emotion of Taiwan, one sip at a time.
