東方美人茶,又名「椪風茶」、「白毫烏龍」,因沖泡後茶葉在杯中舒展翻舞、姿態優雅,如絕色美人輕舞曼身,因而得名。


其芽尖覆有白毫,葉色交織白、黃、紅、褐、綠五色,湯色如琥珀般清澈透亮,茶香獨具韻味,其獨特的熟果香與天然蜂蜜韻,源自小綠葉蟬叮咬後所引發的自然發酵反應。

 

經手工採摘「一心二葉」的著涎茶菁,再以傳統工藝精心製作,方能成就一杯稀有且風味卓絕的高級烏龍茶。

Oriental Beauty Tea, also known as “Peng Feng Tea” or “Bai Hao Oolong,” is named for the graceful way its leaves unfurl and dance in the cup when brewed—like a beautiful woman in motion.


Each tender bud is tipped with silvery hairs, and the leaves display a striking blend of five colors: white, yellow, red, brown, and green. The infusion reveals a crystal-clear amber hue and a uniquely rich fragrance. Its signature notes of ripe fruit and natural honey arise from a remarkable process: the tea leaves are gently bitten by tiny green leafhoppers, triggering a natural enzymatic reaction.

 

Only the finest “one bud and two leaves” are handpicked at the peak of summer, then carefully crafted using traditional methods to produce this rare and exceptionally flavorful oolong tea.

南投紅韻·山間日月的醇厚低語

"Nantou's Crimson Notes · A Whisper of Mountains and Sun Moon Light"

南投,是臺灣唯一不臨海的縣市,由丘陵、台地、盆地與山地交織而成,年均溫約介於 1525°C,山區日夜溫差大、氣候濕潤、雲霧繚繞,純淨水源潺潺流淌,造就茶樹生長的絕佳環境。

這片山林孕育出南投作為臺灣茶葉重鎮的地位,各地茶區依地勢、氣候、土壤差異,造就茶品香氣獨特、入喉甘潤,餘韻綿長,展現出風土層次之美與在地韻味。

 

而魚池鄉日月潭茶區尤為聞名,盛產三款優質的紅茶珍品:

紅玉紅茶|散發淡雅肉桂與薄荷香氣,風味清新迷人

蜜香紅茶|具自然果香與蜜韻,香氣柔雅而持久

阿薩姆紅茶|口感醇厚甘甜,伴隨淡淡麥芽與焦糖香

這些紅茶皆承襲傳統製茶工藝,從鮮葉採摘、攤菁、揉捻到發酵,每一道工序都凝聚著山林的氣息與職人的匠心,使日月潭紅茶不僅是飲品,更是一段來自土地的詩意傳承。

Nantou is the only landlocked county in Taiwan, shaped by a rich tapestry of hills, plateaus, basins, and mountains. With an average annual temperature ranging between 15°C and 25°C, its mountainous areas enjoy significant day–night temperature variation, abundant mist, and pure, flowing spring water—creating the ideal environment for cultivating tea.

These lush landscapes have earned Nantou its reputation as Taiwan’s tea heartland. Diverse terroirs across the region—shaped by elevation, soil, and climate—give rise to teas with distinctive aromas, smooth mouthfeel, and a lingering, layered finish that reflects the character of each origin.

 

Among its most celebrated tea-growing areas is the Sun Moon Lake region in Yuchi Township, home to three iconic black teas:

Ruby Black Tea (Hong Yu) – Delicately spiced with notes of cinnamon and mint, offering a fresh and refined flavor.

Honey Scented Black Tea – Naturally sweet with layers of ripe fruit and honey-like aroma, soft and lingering.

Assam Black Tea – Rich and full-bodied with hints of malt and caramel, smooth and satisfying.

 

All of these teas are crafted using traditional methods—from handpicking fresh leaves to withering, rolling, and fermenting.
Each step captures the breath of the forest and the soul of the artisan, making Sun Moon Lake black tea not merely a beverage, but a poetic expression of the land from which it comes.

龍泉茶 · 來自龍潭的馥郁茶韻

"Longquan Tea · The Rich Aroma of Longtan"

龍泉茶,亦稱龍潭包種茶,為臺灣桃園龍潭的代表性茶品。

屬於輕發酵的半球型烏龍茶,茶葉外觀緊結捲曲、墨綠略帶灰白,散發淡雅蘭花香氣,香韻清幽,沖泡後茶湯呈黃綠清透,香氣馥郁,滋味甘醇圓潤,喉韻綿長、回甘悠遠,龍潭茶區位於海拔 300~400 公尺的台地,氣候溫和、晨霧繚繞,紅土層具良好排水性,冷涼穩定的環境,造就茶葉質地厚實、香氣清揚,形成獨特的地域風味。

1982 年,龍泉茶榮獲全省機採優良包種茶比賽冠軍,隔年由時任總統李登輝先生親自命名為「龍泉茶」,自此成為臺灣十大名茶之一,這不僅肯定其卓越品質,更彰顯龍潭深厚的茶藝文化與歷史價值。

Longquan Tea, also known as Longtan Pouchong Tea, is a signature tea from Longtan District in Taoyuan, Taiwan.


It is a lightly oxidized, semi-ball-shaped oolong tea, known for its tightly rolled leaves with a dark green hue and touches of silvery gray.
Delicately floral, it exudes an elegant orchid aroma. Once brewed, the tea reveals a clear yellow-green liquor with a rich, lingering fragrance and a smooth, mellow taste—rounded and sweet on the palate, with a long-lasting, refreshing finish.

The Longtan tea-growing region lies on a plateau at an elevation of 300–400 meters. The area benefits from a mild climate, frequent morning mists, and red soil with excellent drainage. These ideal natural conditions contribute to the tea’s thick texture and refined aroma, giving it a distinct and memorable terroir.

In 1982, Longquan Tea won first place in Taiwan’s national mechanical-harvested Pouchong tea competition. In 1983, it was officially named “Longquan Tea” by President Lee Teng-hui, and has since been recognized as one of Taiwan’s Top Ten Teas.
This distinction not only honors its exceptional quality, but also celebrates the deep-rooted tea culture and artisanal heritage of Longtan.
